Who I Am

Sarfraz Saeed Frontend Engineer
Islamabad, PK

I'm Sarfraz Saeed, a frontend engineer in Islamabad, Pakistan studying Computer Science at Air University.

I build React 18 applications with TypeScript, Zustand, GSAP, and Framer Motion. The projects I ship are not demo pieces. They are production interfaces for HR SaaS, food delivery, sneaker commerce, and marketing sites, with architecture and motion chosen to support the product, not decorate it.

I'm expanding into Django and DRF so I can own the data layer and API contract as well, not just the screen on top of it.

How I Ship

I treat frontend work as a delivery system. The goal is not to stack animations on top of state. The goal is to make the product easier to read, easier to change, and easier to release again the next week.

State

Predictable state first.

Zustand keeps carts, wishlists, checkout, filters, and scoring flows stable across the work where shared UI state matters most.

ZustandContextLocal persistence
Motion

Motion that supports hierarchy.

GSAP handles page-level orchestration. Framer Motion stays inside the component boundaries where transitions and feedback need to feel immediate.

GSAPFramer MotionScrollTrigger
Quality

Ship with checks, not hope.

Vitest and GitHub Actions keep regressions visible. The UI is only finished when it can be released again without guesswork.

VitestCIGitHub Actions
Backend

Own the contract end to end.

Django and DRF are the next layer so the UI work is matched with APIs, auth, and the data model behind it.

FoodieX — Pakistani Food Delivery App
Built the ordering flow around persistent Zustand state so the cart, favorites, and checkout stay stable across refreshes. GSAP handles section timing; Framer Motion is used only where the drawer and feedback states need to feel immediate.

ShopNest — Sneaker E-Commerce Storefront
Shaped the storefront around a small, readable catalog and a checkout path that stays clear under pressure. Cart, wishlist, and form state all stay local and predictable, with motion limited to transitions that help the user read the screen.

SmartHire v3 — AI-Driven HR Job Matching
Turned resume-to-job matching into a scoring system the interface can explain. The dashboard, pricing toggle, and PDF parsing flow ship with test coverage and CI so changes stay safe as the product moves.

NovaSaaS — SaaS Marketing Landing Page
Kept the landing page lean: motion in the hero, a sharp hierarchy in the pricing section, and a contact flow that validates before anything leaves the page.
